Kerry West RV History

  In January 2004, we moved into our new sales, parts and service facility custom built for the RV business. Kerry West RV center, strategically located in Dexter, Missouri, on US Hwy 60 at the One Mile Rd exit, features four large bays that will accommodate any size RV. Dexter is just down the road from Poplar Bluff, Jackson, and Cape Girardeau, MO. We are one hour from the Illinois border!

  Our business began in 1998 with former owners adding RVs to their long established car business, and current General Manager Charles West joining them as a salesman. In 2006, owners Kerry (Charles's son) and Sharon West bought out the founding family and joined Charles in bringing new value to RV sales and service to the Nation's heartland. We have grown from that original four person operation to our present size, now employing a full staff of service technicians, salespeople, service, parts and sales managers and support people to make your RV buyer experience as pleasant and value packed as possible.

  We stock one of the most complete lines of RV parts and accessories in our 5 state area: Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas. We sell new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorized RVs. We continue the founding family's dedication to being a family run operation headed by our General Manager, Charles West. The owners, Kerry and Sharon West are proud that mom, Elenora is also active in the business and several of our employees are family members.

  RV Sales

  Our sales department is here to assist you in making the right decision in the purchase of your next travel trailer or fifth wheel. With years of sales experience you will be helped by friendly, well-informed sales people.

  Charles West, our General Manager, has over 45 years retail experience in the Dexter area. He has worked in the business since its 1998 inception with the founding family.

  Harold Lemons, well known in Dexter through his lifetime residency here, is knowledgeable in all our RV lines and is well informed at appraising the value of your trade in. He likes to call himself "retired" but we enjoy him stopping in and helping out in busy times and "running the Kerry West RV center show" for us at area campgrounds.

  Jessica Hatton completes the group we call "the sales staff" though all our employees are glad to pitch in where needed to make your Kerry West RV center visit a pleasant one. Jessica knows the RV inventory and keeps it turning matching just the right unit in stock to here customers needs.

  Visiting us in Dexter, you will also meet Karen Comfort who will quietly assure that the paper work for your RV purchase is smooth and hassle free. When you call you will most likely have the opportunity to meet Karen because she is the "quick draw" at getting to the phone. Karen keeps our online inventory complete and up to date. We strive to keep our inventory real time, so as soon as Karen closes a deal she tries to make sure the unit is immediately off the website so our customers can know that units shown on line are available units.

  You will find the friendliest welcome you ever had when you meet Elenora West. Around here she is known as "Ms Elle," or "Mom". She would love to assist you with parts and accessories purchases for your current or new RV, get you a cup of coffee or a bottle of water or just visit with you while you wait for service on your RV or are contemplating trading in your current RV. She also stocks in parts, keeps the place tidy, looks after Charles and pretty much directs traffic at Kerry West RV center. Now doesn't that sound like "Mom"!
